When secure documents are required, our firm will provide instructions for an approved secure client portal. This notice is a preliminary website disclosure and should be reviewed and finalized before launch to reflect actual form providers, data handling, retention, and applicable legal requirements.

Website inquiries: Our current inquiry option opens a draft email in your own email application. It is not an encrypted document-upload form. Please do not include confidential tax or financial records in an ordinary email. Our secure portal will be used for sensitive records once client access is arranged.

Scheduling: When you book through our Google appointment scheduling link, Google handles the information you provide under its applicable terms and privacy practices. We use booking details to coordinate your consultation.

Payment and client portal providers: Any payment or TaxDome portal functionality will be subject to the applicable provider setup and notices when enabled. This page should be reviewed before publication for compliance with applicable privacy and professional obligations.
